I’m starting this thread to follow some discussion regarding nutrition in the Food Science and Baking Projects group.
Understanding your body, the best style of eating for yourself is all relevant to learning, the more we optimise our bodies and brains, the more we optimise our concentration, learning, memory, mood, the list goes on.
Longevity is also a potential benefit and there is a lot of exciting new research and developments. Has anyone read some of the longevity research?
Heard of or tried ‘resveratrol’ as discussed by Ray Kurzweil? -

Ahh this is interesting! There is talk of building charging stations through to Phuket here. Two people in our community have bought Tesla’s recently, one of them has a car racing history and said the Tesla will beat a GTR, I think this is somehow significant ????
