My 4-year old son and I, just love these books by Tom Percival. The story lines are really good and easy for younger children to grasp. Although, for my 4-year old son, he still takes the symbolisms quite literally.
Ravi’s Roar – a book that shows how difficult it is to manage anger sometimes
Ruby Finds a Worry – a book that talks about how worrying about your ‘worries’ make them bigger
Meesha Makes Friends – for young ones that find it difficult to socialize
Perfectly Norman – a book that talks about being unique and being brave!
And have any of you read the “Little People, Big Dreams” books? They are simplified biographies of people that have made a difference throughout history – Muhammad Ali, Mahatma Ghandi, Bruce Lee, Alan Turing and more…They have board-book versions of some stories for the really young ones!

These are great recommendations @janiefoz thank you!! ????
https://youtu.be/zBeC5RiBYpMThe Huge Bag of Worries is similar to Tom Percival’s Ruby Finds a Worry, and is well respected therapeutically.
