About Me	Hi! I am Marcelo. I was born and live currently in Brazil. I’m a trained psychologist but don’t work much as therapist. I’m married with two kids, Luna and Leo. We try to unschool ourselves at home. I love to move every 2 or 3 years and already lived in Amsterdam, Chicago and several places in Brazil, including Rio, São Paulo, Florianópolis and Campinas. I love to get involved in innovatie projects. I’ve helped create the ABN AMRO sustainability department in Brazil, The Netherlands and USA. I left the bank and went to the non-profit world to help family farmers transition from chemicaly based production to a more natural way. I’ve worked with Reos Partners, using the U Lab practice and Scenarios Planning on several projects. Later on I’ve decided to create my own projects to solve my real problems. That’s how I’ve created Conexão Pais e Filhos, a support group to teach parents how to raise their kids with respect, love, limits and freedom. My work was base on Hand in Hand Parenting’s methodology. Now I am focused on improving Circles.Health, a webapp to help stop respiratory viruses’ contagion and on creating a holochain software house in Brazil.
Hobbies & Interests	I am a part-time composer and my wife is an amazing singer. Check my compositions and her voiceby typing Regiane Bataglini at spotify or youtube. I am interested in distributed organizations and that’s why I’m a Holochain enthusiast. I manage the holochain community Telegram group in Brazil. I am also interested in the effects of social media, specially concerning children and in the sense-making theme as a whole. I like to garden using agro-forestry practices.
