Hey Sam! This video is EPIC. I have found that it is so important for us adults and educators to expose our kiddos to these books and the messages they contain. I love how this video makes it enticing for a student to watch and easily understand. SO good! Really loved this 🙂

Just a few thoughts, but one in particular stands out: how great to give your students the opportunity to express their vulnerability through art or creative writing! @SanjuMenon THANK YOU so much for sharing about your courageous classroom! I absolutely love the vulnerability and the open space for mistakes. Mistakes = LEARNING. At some point, we need to encourage mistakes from our kiddos and allow them the chance to learn from them without feeling shame or guilt or humiliation. THAT is an educator. Thanks again ????
