The first question that I think you should ask yourself is, what do you want to do? Because every language isn’t the same purpose. Automation, Data analysis, Web programming, Game programming, etc.
Like said, Python is a great language for beginners, very good if you never wrote any line of code. Plus, it can prepare you very well for more complex languages such as C, C++, C#

My wife brings me into programming, into python to be more specific. My first project was a reminder alarm. It did remind me to take my puppy out for a walk, it was nice. I want to learn C now ( I will eventually with my school but I like to be ready before starting a class lol)

I am a personal growth reader, I love to learn something when I am reading. I loved Atomic Habits, and I am currently reading Why We Sleep because I am concern about improving my sleep quality.
I’ve been advised to read Make It Stick, apparently it is a good book for learning strategy.
