Also, it’d be super cool to attend a network event where a expert gave their life story regarding how their love of robotics was fostered, what made them interested, what was helpful in school and home as well as what was not helpful.

What is the best robotics event in the USA? Wanting to take my 4year old but not sure which ones would be worth the flight.

My kiddo is 4 and with my guidance he’s putting robot kits together for 9+ yrs. He can’t read yet so I’ll point to the picture of the step we’re in and he’ll find the shapes and put them together as the instructions say. Parental interest and complete attention with the child go a long way I’ve noticed.

Thank you dearly. He amazes me with how much he can do. I think kids can do a life more than we think they can at much younger ages than we think they can if we take the time to show them how to just do what we’re doing. And then making sure we’re doing things that will serve them and society as a whole.
